“T.B.I. Fund and Other Financial Aid“

Special Guest Speaker from State of New Jersey,

Department of Human Services

This important presentation will provide information about the Traumatic Brain Injury (T.B.I.) Fund, which provides support and services for New Jersey residents who have an acquired brain injury (including from brain tumors) and who have less than $100,000 in liquid assets. This fund can provide financial support for cognitive therapy, prescriptions, home modifications, medical services and much more. Learn about the various financial assistance programs that are available to help you and your family.

September 20, 2008 Saturday, "Macy's Shop For A Cause" one-day sale event. $5 shopping passes are available at our meetings (or to purchase by mail). These offer a 20% discount on most regular and sale items for the full day of shopping at any Macy's store nationwide. Door prizes and other special events will also take place during the day. 100% of the funds collected will be donated to our support group. Do your holiday shopping early and help our support group with this fundraiser! Please encourage family, friends and colleagues to buy these shopping passes too.

October 7, 2008, Tuesday Boscov's "Friends Helping Friends" one-day sale event. $5 shopping passes can be purchased at our meetings or by mail to use for a 25% discount on most regular and sale items at Boscov's. Monmouth Mall store is closing! Only Toms River store will participate in this special event, including door prizes and other surprises. Just like the Macy's shopping day, this is a great way to raise money for our support group while enjoying big discounts for a full day of shopping. We hope you will spread the word and buy several shopping passes to share with family, friends and colleagues.
